PAYMENT SCHEDULE & PROCEDURE

1. 50% of total charges to be sent with the contract form to secure booking.
2. Remaining balance to be made before January 15th, 2009.
All payments to be made by banker's draft payable to Career Search Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu, Nepal. The payment can also be made via wire transfer in the bank account of Career Search Pvt. Ltd.

We have noted the cost, payment procedure and terms & conditions as specified in the contract form & thus we confirm our participation in Education UK Exhibition Nepal.

Terms & Conditions

Exhibitors shall be bounded by the terms and conditions, set forth in this agreement and any changes must be made in writing and signed by an authorized official of Career Search Pvt. Ltd. who shall have full power to interpret and to make or amend these terms, provided that such amendments and additions do not operate to diminish the rights reserved for the Exhibitors.

The Exhibitor can be the person, Institution, Firm or Company with whom the contract incorporates these rules and regulation.

The Exhibitor should limit themselves within the space area allotted to them. Disturbing or encroaching space allocated is strictly prohibited.

The space reservation can only be confirmed after receiving the advance payment.

In case the event is postponed or cancelled, the liability of the Organizers is limited to refund the charges paid by the exhibitor.

As the numbers of stalls are limited, the Organizers reserve the right to accept the offer, to revise the layout and the allotment of stalls.

Attendance hours shall be monitored solely by the Organizing Committee who will specify the exhibition hours and admission shall be by identification badges that shall not be transferable.

Maximum security measures will be followed. However, the Organizers will not be responsible for any theft, loss, damage or unforeseen upheaval in the premises. If you require insurance policy you are requested to do the same through your insurer.

The Organizers will not be responsible for providing stabilized power. Participants are requested to take suitable measures to safe guard their equipment against power fluctuations.

The exhibitor can also use their audio/ video gazettes and carry out activities within the space allotted, provided the sound is limited to decent audible volume which will not disturb the neighboring exhibitors.

For added mileage, organizing extra events and activities during Education UK Exhibition is open to all exhibitors.
However, they must be approved by the Organizer. Discretion of events or activities undertaken by the exhibitor will be maintained at all cost.

The Organizers reserve the right by notice to change or to add to the regulations in this agreement. The Exhibitor shall bring the regulations to the notice of all servants, employees or agents employed by him/ her.

The Organizers reserve the right to be final authority in setting the dispute.

No cancellation or demand for refunds will be entertained once the Space Reservation Contract is dully filled and signed. Cancellation of stands due to unavoidable circumstances subject to deduction and refund as below:

a) Cancellation before 30 days - 50% Refund
b) Cancellation less than 30 days & before 15 days - Nil Refund
